  • Built and deployed LLM agents that automated engineering operational workflows across the org: roadmap → Jira epic translation, technical design doc → Jira story generation, multi-source sprint review report generation (Jira + status data feeds), and a Slack-ingestion pipeline that continuously populated the developer portal support bot's knowledge base — all embedded in the portal as self-service AI workflows.
  • Deployed GitHub Copilot enterprise-wide and shipped LLM-based PR review automation into production — building AI-native development practices across 100+ engineers with DORA-measured outcomes.
